My go to breakfast foods
Breakfast is my favorite food of the day. I use to not like breakfast because I would feel nauseous in the morning, but recently I don't feel that way anymore. I think it was because I would wake up really early and go to sleep late. My go to breakfast food has been waffles with chocolate chips, walnuts, and maple syrup with a spinach and cheese omelette with avocado on top and potatoes. It really fills me up before I go to class. It is so savory to eat that I will sometimes eat it for lunch too.
My other go to is oatmeal with bananas, cinnamon, walnuts, and chocolate chips. This is one of my fast and easy breakfast foods if I need something fast. It is so good. If you love chocolate you would love this. The way the chocolate just melts in your mouth with the cinnamon is so tasty. I would sometimes makes this as a dessert if I am craving chocolate. This oatmeal is especially good on cold days. It just makes you feel so warm inside.
I also enjoy bacon egg and cheese on a roll! This is the NY staple. I love just grabbing one back home. I have been craving this recently that I have to go to the store and buy rolls just to make it! It is also very easy to make. I feel like the secret is to put it in aluminum foil that is so everything just melts together and stays warm.
